My Emails are sitting in the outbox and not sending

Outlook:

You may have to set your outgoing mail server authentication. Go to your email account settings and click on 'more settings' under the outgoing server tab please select 'my outgoing mailserver requires authentication' and 'use the same settings as my incoming mail server'

 

Iphone:

Please go to 'settings' > 'mail, contacts..' > select your email account > press again on the account itself under 'outgoing mail server' select the 'SMTP mail.yourdomain.com' > select the 'primary server' and under the outgoing mail server details enter the same username and password as your incoming mail server (your email account and password).
